Psychology Today did a state-by-state analysis of Craigslist “Missed Connection” posts and compiled a handy guide to where the missed connections occur most frequently. Who would have thought Wal-Mart was ground zero for cruising?

I took Dodger and Ms. Dodger on a road trip north to Point Reyes. Despite the sign, we kept walking.

Oh I used to be disgusted
And now I try to be amused.
But since their wings have got rusted,
You know, the angels wanna wear my red shoes.
But when they told me ’bout their side of the bargain,
That’s when I knew that I could not refuse.
And I won’t get any older, now the angels wanna wear my red shoes.
Red shoes, the angels wanna wear my red shoes.
Top story being the local football team playing a sport game tomorrow in New Orleans, assuming they can stop shooting off their mouths with homophobic comments.
Back in Ess Eff, we’re dealing with the folks who are pissed off that Board of Supes passed an ordinance banning public nudity except for certain events, and a federal judge threw out their challenge that alleged it violated their First Amendment rights. If there’s anything we do well in The City besides hella-good coffee and burritos, it’s protest outside City Hall.
Nude activists Gypsy Taub, George Davis, Trey Allen and Dany DeVero were detained and cited by police after they stripped down in front of City Hall on a mild and sunny afternoon. A handful of other nudity proponents, some topless, carried signs and hurled insults at the dozen police officers who led the full-frontal offenders away.
[…]
Allen, 30, had “War is obscene, not my body” written on his back. Before the police came, he drew cheers from the crowd when he escorted a blind woman up the steps.
“This might be my first citation!” he said excitedly. “I don’t do it to protest, just to enjoy the weather.”
I would have hoped for criminal charges of obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting child molestation, but I guess this is some sort of symbolic start. Maybe for their next gesture they can stop crawling all up in the wimminz’ lady-bits and pissing themselves over the gheyz and oh, I don’t know, reread Matthew 25:35-36 and start trying to act accordingly.
In a move unprecedented in the American Catholic Church, Los Angeles Archbishop Jose Gomez announced Thursday that he had relieved his predecessor, Cardinal Roger M. Mahony, of all public duties over his mishandling of clergy sex abuse of children decades ago.
[…]
Gomez’s decision capped a two-week period in which the publication of 25-year-old files fueled a new round of condemnation of the L.A. archdiocese. The files of 14 clerics accused of abuse became public in a court case last Monday. They laid out in Mahony and Curry’s own words how the church hierarchy had plotted to keep law enforcement from learning that children had been molested at the hands of priests.
To stave off investigations, Mahony and Curry gave priests they knew had abused children out-of-state assignments and kept them from seeing therapists who might alert authorities.
Mahony and Curry both issued apologies, with the cardinal saying he had not realized the extent of harm done to children until he met with victims during civil litigation. “I am sorry,” he said.
Well boys and girls it’s a new year, so that means a new legislative session in states across the nation (except for the Texas Lege which thankfully saves its kkkrazy for only the even-numbered years). So you know what else that means?
That’s right! It’s time for GOP politicians to find new creative ways to crawl all up inside American women’s lady-bits and bonus points for involving rape.

When Shelley Oh! hits it out of the parque, it is great. Jason Wu, who designed her dress for the first inauguration, got the honors again.

The bangs are forgiven. Mostly. More pics after the jump. Dodgerblue better grab a fan, she’s pretty hawt.
