This Super Bowl ad for the Fiat 500 Abarth had me at the moment she slaps him, but they decided this Super Bowl ad with Charlie Sheen for the same car was too hot for TV? Really?

She is Romanian model Catrinel Menghia, and she has a (probably fake) scorpion tattoo on the back of her neck. It’s the symbol for Abarth, Fiat’s tuning arm.

If you haven’t watched this movie, you can stream it on Netflix. He was a Brazilian F1 driver who drove so hard to win the Brazilian Gran Prix that he passed out after finishing first – he had nothing left to give. Three times world champion, he was an amazing figure.

Here in Manhattan, and in Wisconsin where I spent one horrible winter, it’s called a “snow storm”. In Seattle, it’s called a “snow event”. And these guys, one in an Audi R8 and one in my wet dream car, the Nissan GT-R, are morons for taking two sports cars with sports tires on out in what appears to be six inches of snow.

In the past I have railed about Bentley Abuse, most notably here and here.

But there is a new problem.

This is a Mercedes Benz SLS.

It costs almost $200,000. It has iconic gullwing doors. It is outrageously fast. If I could have any car in the world, I would have this one.

And that car has been violated by some Arabs.
