Georgia says the “mismarked boundary lines” have denied it access to the Tennessee River as a source of water and it says it will take its northern neighbor to court if it doesn’t agree to surrender a slice of land big enough to allow it to do so, reports the Chattanooga Times Free Press.” [Newser]

Washington Post article headlined “Bush Clings to Dubious Allegations About Iraq” notes, “As the Bush administration prepares to attack Iraq this week, it is doing so on the basis of a number of allegations against Iraqi President Saddam Hussein that have been challenged—and in some cases disproved—by the United Nations, European governments and even U.S. intelligence reports.” Story is buried on Page A13.

Ten years ago today George W. Bush and others took us to war and thereby committed treason. Hundreds of thousands died, including innocent Iraqis and soldiers from this country and others. $2.2 trillion dollars later, Iraq is in worse shape than ever. And no one has been held responsible.
