The Spasming Spark

Title: “World of Warcraft: The Shattering: Prelude to Cataclysm”

Author: Christie Golden

Rank: 31

Blurb: “The spark seemed to spasm, and yet he continued on his lethal course. Thrall, grim-faced, clenched his hand hard. The spark flared defiantly, then dwindled, finally settling down to nothing more than the faintest of glowing embers. For now, he would no longer do anyone harm. The threat had ended, but Thrall was reeling.”

Review: “The Shattering answered every single question I had made, and even gave me a newfound respect for Garrosh Hellscream, a character that I had previously loathed.”

I’m seeing a SarahPac ad alongside this alleged book.

@Dodgerblue: First I got solicitation from DLCC (“donate exclusively to DSCC candidates!”), and now Rhapsody ad.

@blogenfreude: And Amazon ad is trying to sell me Julia Child’s books/DVDs (that I already have) … quelle surprise!

I’ve got Dizzy Gillespie on the box. Through the stinking (or stinquing) mud of our world, the lotus blooms.

@Dodgerblue: I was in Germany earlier this month, and watching the discipline of the drivers was one of my ongoing fascinations. If only 1 in 10 Americans paid as much attention to driving. I was also pretty surprised at the lack of motorcycles on the Autobahn.
