An Army of None

“Yesterday Newt Gingrich laid out a new argument for why he should be the GOP presidential nominee: He’s got the most Twitter followers. But according to a former Gingrich staffer, he bought them.” [Gawker]

Isn’t that the GOP way?

Newt’s people should have just been more hip and said he was the biggest twit in the bunch, though Bachmann’s followers might have wanted to argue. ;)

Oh my god, the FAIL is palpable, like a garlic fart in an elevator on a hot day.

@Dodgerblue: That and the announcement from HHS that contraceptives are considered preventative medicine and must be covered moving forward by insurance companies are the two bright spots in DC today.

Being King of Twitter is like being top of the score board on Galaxian. Sure it’s fun being number one, but it’s not going to get you laid…

Yeah, my analogy falls apart because it’s based on the assumption that Newt didn’t pay another kid to put his name on the scoreboard…

Very LOL to you Newty. Even Scott “Dilbert” Adams, who became his own number one fan on the intertubes to defend himself, laughs at your supreme pathetic-ness.
