That sounds about right.
How many minutes will it take Mitch to use his instant filibuster on even a vague pledge for reform? Could Harry at least begin to force the loyal opposition to use their valuable fund-raising time holding the Senate hostage on C-SPAN instead of letting the process be completely invisible?
