I am mildly surprised that SCOTUS could not muster a majority to hear the case – you can rest assured the the new majority in the House will impeach Obama. And you can further rest assured that SCOTUS will find nothing wrong with the House’s activities.

Howard Dean’s hair suddenly turned brown. Has he been rolling around in shit?

TJ: Julian Assange’s and WikiLeaks’ next target: Corporate America.

Now he’s really going to be a hunted man.

@nojo: How much do you want to bet that some blogger has already deemed it irrefutable proof that Dean is cultivating a more youthful image in service of a primary challenge against Obama.

@karen marie wants to know — Fucking integrity, how does it work?: Which part do you want to be true? Henna for Howie, Wikileaks taking down corporate America, or Assange being a wanted man?

/I assume a little bit of #1, and a lot of #2 and not much of #3?

I just read through all of the Gawker Thanksgiving horror stories. Man, that was funny/depressing, especially the winning entry. But looking at the honorable mentions makes me think I could have gotten on the podium with my Dan Quayle story. Ah well, maybe next year.

@SanFranLefty:
The RW outrage over the leaked documents seems trite considering what Dick “Dick” Cheney did to out an active CIA agent and help cripple CIA nuclear non proliferation activities.

@TJ/ Jamie Sommers /TJ: You totally could have been a runner up. The winner’s story had to win, it was amazing from start to finish.

a grass-roots legal issue
is this what they are calling “paid for by Dick Army” now.

nice.

What, no link? I have to lug my lazy ass all the way over to Gawker? As my two-year-old nephew would say: Oh man!!!!
