@Serolf Divad: If there’s one thing that you need to give Barry credit is his ability to pull some jiujitsu moves. I was encouraged over the weekend by the news that he’s bringing David Plouffe and other campaign advisors back to the fold and elevating Axelrod’s role, and dialing back the use of the old Clinton hacks. I know he had to hire a bunch of the old Clinton aides to prevent a Bill C-led revolt or challenge, but they fucked up a lot of 2009 in the process. I am strangely encouraged by these recent developments and want to see what happens next.

This is what I feared, but hoped wouldn’t happen.
