Auto Tune is a taste of the suck.
Damn my brain. I’m going to hear Lady Gaga’s BS in my head until I manage to fall asleep.
I don’t listen to pop music so I’ve never heard Lady Gaga. From what little I’ve heard of it, the autotune effect sounds like the vocoder (aka “the ghetto robot”) that was big in 80s funk and disco. Remember electronic hand claps? Put it together with some skanky rhythm guitar, an oily keyboard bass part and you got tha funk magic.
@redmanlaw: I have never, to my knowledge, heard Lady G’s music. I just admire her atrocities on Go Fug Yourself.
