Hey Big John, tell that to the various infantry (11Bs, 11Cs and 11Ds) who always seem to be on the short end of the stick when it comes to getting equipment in the boonies. Also from what I understand, there’s a lot of worn out APCs, HMVVs and tanks that need overhaul. That $1.7 Billion might go a long way to helping out the ground troops.

While you’re at, why don’t you tell everyone your Nam stories? Oh right, you didn’t go.
