That is an industrial dance belt press. Once pressed the belts will be delivered as needed about the Tri-State area. The accompanying jock-strap press is blue. The two presses are not often delivered together for obvious reasons. Why 33rd and Madison? The sultan of Brunei just bought everything between 41st and 23rd: going from 3rd to Park Avenue. Obviously there will be a need for dancing boys.
