You might think it’s pointless, but the last pointless debate gave us the Daily Show’s favorite segment in years.

@nojo: So are you going to liveblog the debate while I (and JNOV and CB) liveblog the Tree v. Ducks game?

@SanFranLefty: At least Tree v. Duck will have a winner. We’re all losers in the debate – especially the debaters.

@SanFranLefty: At least from 8-9 ET. CBS is calling the final half-hour optional for affiliates, so I’m not sure it’ll be carried in Sandy Eggo.
