If the Dems would relentlessly repeat this theme of equating winning money at the casino with winning money at the hospital because of your “choice” of parents the entire DEATH TAX issue would disappear.

The next to go should be taxing capital gains for less than earned income. Finally Social Security taxes should be made uniform for every dollar of income from all sources.
