So much for going underground for a week. I guess he had to say something to his tweeps. Or remind people that he’s still alive or something.

Like Grayson, he’s sometimes an embarrassment and over the top once in a while, so I’m not sure how I feel about a comeback.

After several days of deliberation and discussion, I have determined that suspending Keith through and including Monday night’s program is an appropriate punishment for his violation of our policy. We look forward to having him back on the air Tuesday night.

@nojo: Roethlesburger missed 4 games, including the millions in paycheck that went along with them, just for being an idiot. Keef should be benched for longer than that.

@Nabisco: I thought they’d keep him on ice a week, just because of all the fuss — if you’re gonna raise an issue like that, you gotta commit.

Awaits to be seen how he addresses it. A high-road mea culpa would score major points. A whiny defense might provoke another doorstop from me.

Kremlinology fun: Nothing in the wording confirms Keef will be back Tuesday, just that he’s allowed.

Although I’ll go out on a limb and suggest that the tweet and announcement were somewhat coordinated.

I watched Rachel’s editorial this morning, quite strong on the Fox paradox (“paraFox”?), but she could have wagged her finger a bit more at KO.

@Nabisco: She could have skipped the entire intro, and just gone with the finger-wagging. For the longest time, I didn’t know where she was going with that, and I was preparing to be deeply disappointed. She barely escaped my wrath (I learned it from you, Keith!), but I ended up giving her a passing grade.
