And that one sentence, my friends, explains the emergence and entire raison d’etre of the Tea Party movement. It has nothing to do with deficits and debt. A Republican is no longer president, a Democrat is, and so now everything good is bad again.

Exactly – I doubt that it’s an entirely racist movement, as some commenters on TPM seem to think. But one has to believe that any group that doesn’t tell the idiots with the “take back white america” or the “niggar [sic]” signs to GTFO is at least a little racist.
