TJ/For the Stinque Law Pool…can someone be brought to trial a second time for an offense if incontrovertible evidence of guilt- a picture of someone commiting a murder, say, or a film of same- comes to light? Or does a verdict of “innocent” stand for good and all?

@Tommmcatt Be Fat, And That Be That: Speaking of which we saw movie last night about a boy of 12 who falls in love with a soldier (Canadian, naturally) and they have passionate buttsecks. (I’m thinking it was made by str8 people. They do love the buttsecks. cf Brokeback Mounting) Could be a very interesting idea but was done in an unbelievably creepy manner. Dutch. Ugh.
