Reading Persepolis a few months ago for the Stinque Book Club (am I the only one who misses it?) inspired me to look for more literature about the Iranian diaspora. I read The Septembers of Shiraz over the holiday break (my vacation reading list not being quite as bleak as Dodger’s Nazi reading), and now I’m looking for more books about Iran if anyone has suggestions.
